One Stop Auto Service, Inc. is owned and operated by Rick Temarantz of Nanticoke, PA. Rick and his entire family have lived their whole lives in Northeastern Pennsylvania, almost exclusively in Nanticoke and Hanover Township.

After graduating from Hanover Area High School Rick spent six years in the Pennsylvania National Guard where he worked as a Wheel Vehicle Mechanic and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. He then went to work for Big Box Auto Centers for several years where he was awarded as the Top Technician in the District.

Having gained a wealth of knowledge in vehicle mechanics, Rick opened One Stop Service Center, Inc. at 87 E. Main Street in Nanticoke. He started with a modest 2 bay service center and gas station. From that location "One Stop" moved to Lower Broadway and a four bay shop. After outgrowing the Lower Broadway location Rick purchased Coombs Plumbing and Heating's building and turned it into One Stop Service Center's permanent home.

One Stop Service Center, Inc. has gained a reputation in Luzerne County for providing the finest automobile service available since 1987. In 1998 "One Stop" became the first AAA Approved Auto Center in Luzerne County and according to AAA has earned a 98% approval rating from AAA customers.

While maintaining the high standards Rick demands at "One Stop", he has not forgotten his roots in the community that helped mold his work ethic. Rick has served as Fire Chief and President of Plymouth Township Fire Company #1 and created the Mud Bog in 1987 that still supports the Fire Company today. Rick has also been greatly instrumental in starting Valley With A Heart Benefits where he has served as President since its inception in 2000. The mission of Valley With a Heart Benefits is to inspire and encourage community involvement in the effort to help, aid and improve the quality of life for children inflicted with serious illness through monetary and spiritual support.
